Elegant Black Blouse - New

This blouse is an usual twist to the traditional black chiffon button-up. The sleeves are set in a raglan style to eliminate a shoulder seam. Patterned after a Juliette sleeve, they are tight around the wrist and transition into a billowing sleeve around the upper arm and into the shoulder. I'm sad to let this one go, but it's too small for me now. My measurements are Bust: 34, Waist: 25, Hips: 36.
