Elegant Black Dress

New with tags. Originally bought for a wedding, however ended up going with a different dress. Super cute style for various occasions; prom, wedding, evening or celebration of any sorts. No rips or tear. The design has a slit underneath with top floral mesh on top. The back is crossed with the front opened down as a v-neck.
