Elegant Black Dress/Gown

Unsure of the brand as there is no tag, but it’s brand new and NEVER WORN. Size is also not shown, but fits like an XS-S. I am not sure how the tie works - whether it goes over the shoulders or straight to the back - the is open and has little holes which looks like the ties could go through them. I was never able to figure it out.
