Elegant Black and Red Fit and Flare dress

Black and red dress in a fit and flare style. Rounded neck and 3/4 sleeves. Zipper in back. Size XS. Looks dark red with black trim around bottom from farther away, but is actually black and red variegated! Looks nice with or without a black belt.
