Elegant Blue Textured Skirt with a bit of Sparkle

This skirt is really a one of a kind piece. The texture is really cool, feathery. This item was purchased in the 90s from a small boutique. The fabric is very stretchy, and also quite transparent! You’ll usually want to wear something underneath. This skirt will hug your body and does not have a slit, but the stretch allows for full mobility (unlike a stiff pencil skirt).
