Elegant Blue & White Donna Ricco Cocktail Dress

This is a beautiful Donna Ricco Petites Cocktail Dress. It has a Halter Style Neck which ties and is backless. There are small gathers at waist and is fully lined. 95% Poly and 4% Spandex giving it a nice stretch. It has never been worn except to try on. There is a teensy make-up I see on inside lining (not seen when wearing)
