velvethourglass @demsdabreaks So sorry I didn't get to this yesterday, I left work late and I have a broken foot so it wasn't on my mind when I got home. :( But now I have! The lying flat is: 14" bust, 12" waist, and hip is free (full skirt), 14" shoulder to waist, 9" Neck to bottom of V, 12.5" shoulder width, waist to hem 27.5". There is a lot of gathering at the bust, and it's very stretchy. The dressform is 36" in the bust for reference. Let me know if you'd like any other measurements!
