Elegant & Flowy Floral Wrap Dress NBW

I’ve never worn this dress because it’s always been too small for me but please! Give this dress a chance! It features a crisp white with red and blue floral at the bottom and at the waist and sleeves. The scalloped sleeves are very much giving tea party in the rose garden. I think you need this!
