Elegant Formal dress

Jovani formal dress. Perfect for prom, pageants or any elegant affair. Dress originally a size 16 but heavily altered to fit approx size 6. Bust (armpit to armpit) is 15”; waist approximately 28”; waist to floor approximately 44”. Top of shoulder to floor approximately 59”. Original breast pad will need to be reinforced. A second breast pad was added and will come with the dress but can be removed
