Elegant Gold and Red Gemstone Ring

This is a beautiful vintage solid 10K yellow gold ring from the 1990s. Ring has diamonds (tested) and either rubies or garnets. Jeweler told me it was Ruby's. Ring is in very good condition mainly because I've had the ring in storage since early 2000 and it hasn't been worn since. I'm not sure of the history but I can tell you the ring is a size 7, it's 5.3g and the Maker's Mark is the letters pd inside of a heart. I found online that I believe it's from a company called pranda manufacturing in Thailand. Ring is a really beautiful statement piece and hopefully someone will love it and give it a new life so I don't have it sitting in storage any longer feel free to ask any questions. Thanks
