Elegant Green Evening Dress

absolutely beautiful dress! dark green satin with velvet detailing on the top. has cutouts on the side with a lace up detail. Unfortunately it didn't fit my chest so I must part with it. measurements laid flat are Chest - 16 in Waist - 15 in Length - 50 in I believe the previous owner had the bottom hemmed, it does have a slight train. tag says 11/12. bottom fits like a 12 top is more like a 10.
