@txmav411 hi — very possibly! I’m also a DDD cup or so and had to do some engineering with invisible bra accessories, but it worked ok. The material shows every crease so I would at least do nipple covers if not also support.

@txmav411 definitely snug/perfect fit/no room to grow around my torso. The cups were fine/stretchy — the challenge is mostly getting them to defy gravity.
