Elegant Navy Button-Down Dress

This elegant navy dress features a stylish button-down design, perfect for any occasion. Its classic look is enhanced by the unique button detailing. The waist is elasticated and stretches from 26” to 30” comfortably. I believe it was dyed black at some point as the stitching is white. Definitely vintage and 80’s feel!
