Elegant Ruched Cocktail Sheath Dress

Lovely shimmery knee length navy blue cocktail dress with flattering ruching on hips and lined mesh top with floral embroidery. Worn only once and in great condition. Material on the lower half of the dress is satiny smooth and features a hidden zipper under the ruffle on the left side which can be zipped up to add a customizable slit if desired. There are couple very small pulls in fabric toward bottom of the dress that are hardly noticeable as shown in last pic. Dress is machine washable.
