Elegant Sparkling New York Collection woman’s black long sleeve blouse with gold deco. It was a B-Day Gift. I loved it but unfortunately not my size. Blouse has tags but not price on it. It was purchased at Macy’s. Did research on price. Blouse has elastic half around the wrist and all around hem of waistline.
