There is just a little bit, as the spandex content is only 1%. I think it's meant to hold the shape of the dress. It is not clingy. The color is beautiful. Let me know if you have any other questions, happy to help.

Chest 18” (has princess seaming so it’s shaped nicely)
Waist 15.5”
Hip around 18” as it’s more of a sheath style so it’s just slightly curved out. Not A-line or fit and flare.
