Elegant black strapless gown with tiered ruffled bottom

To me, it reminds me of a Flamenco Spanish style evening gown. BEAUTIFUL. Sweetheart neckline. Ruffles on bottom. Runs small. Worn only once. VERY MINOR damage, not visible even when worn. but see picture. I wore it that way and no one could see. It was the only one left and i had to squeeze in it. I can’t squeeze in it anymore.
