Elegant black stretch dress

This is such an elegant lacey black stretch dress with gold threading running through it. Dress is lined, except for the sleeves, which are simply soft lace. I bought this dress from TJ Max and cut the label out because I hate the scratching I get from them, on my neck. Thus, I don't know who the designer is, but it's a beautiful dress. I have never worn this dress, so it is in perfect condition.
