@doriandmikeyd hello! and it has a little poof but I’d like to say it’s more in between of flat and poofy it’s like right in the middle. It is so whimsical tho I wished it fit me! it’s got beautiful movement and a gorgeous gradient of color. The picture does not do it justice.
