Hello! This dress is approximately 17” armpit to armpit, and 13” at waist. Material is super stretchy and very form fitting. Dress length is about 40.” Dress has very high neckline. I am 32D and felt like it was pretty snug across the chest, and snug under arms. The dress has no zipper - you pull it on over your head. Hope this all helps!
