Elegant dress from City Triangles

This dress was tailored by a family friend to make it unique so I could wear it for the talent show at school! The brand is city triangle. The top layer is black sheer, and the bottom slip is a teal blue with sequins. I received a lot of compliments when I wore it, like it looked "like something Celine Dion would wear"! Because its hand tailored, there's no size, but I would say a small/medium.
