Elegant micro-pleat maxi skirt by BCBG Max Azria

This navy blue skirt is especially elegant and feminine. Soft stretchy waistband is 34" around lying flat and the length is 41". I'm 5'3" and it would work with high heels but more flexible for a taller person. This skirt could be styled in many ways. I can see it with a white sweater and pearls or a silk blouse and belt. Great wardrobe building, high quality staple. In like new condition.
