Elegant navy blue dress with draping sheer layers - Size 8 (fits like 6)

elegant navy blue dress. composed of several sheer layers, but fully lined and not "see through", close up photo attached. has a gentle draping pattern. side zipper. size says 8, but fits more like a six. I am 5'4, 130 lb, normally a size 4 and it is just a little loose on me. hemline comes to my knees. In excellent condition. No damage or defects. Clean and non smoking household.
