Elegant royal blue halter neck prom dress

Beautiful, elegant royal blue floor length prom dress. Halter neck style top that is super flattering + has nude colored mesh towards the bottom of the v-neck. Only worn once, in great condition. Also a really comfortable dress. The skirt has a couple layers of lining and it overall is made of great quality. The back has a discrete zipper and an eye hook at the top for closure.
