Elegant two piece black and white dress

This cute two piece dress is perfect for formal events such as weddings and dinners. Also works great for homecomings, prom, quinces, parties, etc. The top is a petal cut crop top; it zips all the way up at the back. The skirt is long, flowy, layered and hits at the knee or a little above. It’s lined with a black belt-like strip at the top and zips up at the waist.
