Elegant white button down Blouse

This long sleeve button up shirt is made out of a really gorgeous flowy cotton. I have several of them because they're perfect for nice occasions but I fit better in an M than an L. It has a loose collar and a panel covering the buttons. The fabric is super soft! Barely worn and no flaws
