@cpj13 it’s 25” from shoulder down to hem. It does NOT have shoulder pads. It hits right about 8” belie the waist, right at the hip. In a good place... nice with pants or a skirt

The trim is a soft, black velvet. The appearance of the fabric is like a burnt out velvet
