This item is in good condition. The texture on this top elevates it beyond a simple top. Belt is removable and can be tied in a bow or sash. Front length is about 25" from top of shoulder to hem. The back is about 3" longer than the front. Elegantees is a fair trade, ethical company produced in Nepal by former victims of human trafficking.
