Elementz size Medium V neck twist fit & flare style dress back ties

Reposhing this item I purchased from @kikiwrapped. I am a 38D and while it fits, it does not lay correctly on me under the twist. Pit to pit is about 19 inches- so it measures more like a large but it is labeled M. It is a comfortable and cute dress that would be perfect for the office or casual night out.
