These Eleven Stitch Design lightweight cropped pants have a fun ribbon detail on bottom of each leg. Waistband is super-stretchy - could easily fit a medium. Crinkle material is a blend of rayon and nylon. Please see photos for measurements. I have a coordinating rust colored top in a separate listing - seek last photo.
