Elevenses Black Pleated Skirt sz 10 NWOT

Never worn, just removed tags. In some of the pictures, the skirt looks like it has a pattern of grey circles on it, but those circles are actually black. It's very cool. Nice thick, stiff material holds it's shape and looks so beautiful. Fully lined. Made of 64% Cotton, 36% Polyester. Comes from a non-smoking, no fragrance using home.
