Elevenses skirt

This skirt is super cute with the ribbon detail along the border and pockets. It is 98 percent cotton and 2 percent spandex. The flat measurement for the waist is 16" and then the length is 17". There are areas that show some fade in the color. This can be seen by pic and the price reflects this. Ref#141
