Elf Sack Short Spring Dress - large

Bright pattern with what I think are chickens maybe and stylized sun and flowers. Crisp, slightly stretchy material, but the tag is in Chinese (literally) So I’m not sure what the fabric is made of. Waste is 29 inches, but can be made slightly smaller by sending the ties at both sides. Pretty short – length 19” from the waist.
