Dress up in style with this flutter sleeve wrap midi dress from Elhoffer Design Essentials. Using a moisture wicking fabric with a lovely sheen (almost like swimsuit fabric), this dress is beautiful for almost any occasion. It is a true wrap dress with very long ties, so you can define your waist and decide how you want to wear it - bow in front or back, on the side, etc. Has pockets! Has been worn about 3 times (still in terrific shape) and has been dry cleaned in preparation to be sold. The chest from pit to pit is about 23” (though it has some stretch and can be pulled looser or tighter since it is a wrap dress) and the length from shoulder seam to hem is about 46”.
