Elhoffer Atelier skirt in peacock, has pockets. I bought this at an in-person sale, where they take off the Elhoffer tags but I promise this is Elhoffer. 🙂 However, I don’t know the size; I usually fit in medium/larges in their skirts. Slit up the side, and the second layer of cloth only goes to the slit. Since this was a sale purchase, there are imperfections including loose threads and some sequins have fallen off. Keep in mind that this is heavy! I don’t know how much shipping will be.
