Elie Balleh polka dot blazer in size 8. Pretty blue color with white polka dots. 2 button to close. Exterior front pockets for design but 2 working interior pockets. 1 with button to close. Comes with EB pin that can be removed. I also have the tag because it has the extra button on it. So, it’s not new with tag, it has been worn for a few hours.
