The shirt is Pima Cotton, with Modal and Spandex. Holds its shape, without feeling tight. The color is a light greenish grey (that is more mint than grey - though not obvious from photos). The main photo is almost the right color . The fabric is substantial enough to not show every little bump, while still being the right weight for summer or layering. The fit is perfect all around. The length hits at just the right spot to wear tucked or untucked. It would likely work for longer torso people as well. I bought this to wear under a "casual" suit and it looked perfect - however, I am pale, with a yellow-orange undertone and the color simply isn't flattering for me.
