Elie Tahari Alicia black ruffle maxi dress size XS

This dress is an elegant spring/summer maxi dress with long layers. Dress was purchased from Bergdorf Goodman. Dress is made of polyester and is dry clean only. It measures 58 inches from the shoulder to hem. Has an inner lining and is sheer past the knee. Has a side zip. Needs to be dry cleaned (there are some barely noticeable stains in the front as seen in Pics). Comes fro a smoke free and pet free home. No returns or exchanges accepted.
