Elie Tahari “Aria” blue/white floral brocade dress

NWT Elie Tahari “Aria” dress- This dress has it all- material is a beautiful blue & white floral brocade. There is a silver lace panel on the bodice which is also sheer in the back. There are organza panels on the shoulders & tiny metal beads around the neckline. To top it all off there are silver tassels on the hem of the skirt. Somehow even with all of this it still looks understated & classic. Chest measures 17 inches, waist 14 1/2 and length of skirt is 22 1/4
