Elie Tahari Blue V-Neck Sleeveless Twist Front Dress Size 6 / 8 ?

Gorgeous blue dress from Elie Tahari. This dress is perfectly drapey and flattering. It has twist detailing in the front and a v-neck. It measures approximately 41” in length. It’s size tag is missing but my guess is about a size small or medium (6/8)? There is some stretch available in the fabric but please check measurements carefully. Measurements are approximate. Waist- 13” Pit to pit- 15.5” Length- 41” There is a tiny snag and a small slit where tag was cut out, nothing noticeable IMO, Otherwise in great condition.
