Outer wool, lined inside in emerald green, with green velvet lining part of the outer edge. Snap closures, 3 buttons toward the top that snap to close jacket. Others snap but no buttons. 5 snaps in total. Dark emerald green velvet rim around color and front of jacket. Like new, wore for one winter season a couple years ago.
