Elie Tahari Latika Dress

This Elie Tahari Latika White & Black Shirt Dress is business chic & easily transitions to night. This button-down white shirt is attached to the black knee-length skirt. Beautiful stitching detail on the collar & V-neckline (see second to last pic). There is some marks on the base of the white shirt from where the black skirt rubbed against it, but it's below the built-in sash (not the belt - that's different) so not visible when worn.
