NWT Elie Tahari “Lourdes” black V-neck dress with split sleeves- dress has short sleeves that are open on the top seam so they drape on your shoulder. Dress has seam detailing and is more of a sheath style. Great little black dress that has something different. Chest measures 16 inches waist 14 1/2 inches and skirt length is 22 inches. Fabric is more of a crepe type which looks a little dressier than cotton or knit.
