Gorgeous Elie Tahari new with tags silk dress that hits below the knee. The color is a very light seafoamy blue with a slight shimmer - very pretty in real life! It has an attached inner silk slip. There is a clear plastic trim around the hem. Draping at the bust. Marked as a size small, I believe it's supposed to fit a bit loose. Could fit a medium. Bust: 37 inches Waist: 30 inches Hips: 42 inches Condition : excellent and unworn, but it does have a tiny pinhole on the right shoulder.
