Elie Tahari Pleated Skirt. The fabric content tag and size tag are missing. I would say this is a 4. The measurements are in the pictures. There are hidden pockets. I never cut them open, they're still stitched shut. Matching belt. Unlined. The skirt is pre-owned and I wore it a few times. I saw a tiny loose thread by the zipper and a tiny mark. Please see all pictures. I paid almost $400 for this skirt. It no longer fits and I'm tired of it hanging in the closet
