Elie Tahari "Vivia" Reversible Neoprene Coat

Elie Tahari double face bonded Neoprene jacket with raw-edge seams. Substantial scuba fabric that is reversible from black to red with pockets on both sides. Size/fabric tag was removed for reversiblity, but it is a size S. Chest measures 18" flat (doubled to 36") and shoulder to shoulder is 16" flat. 95% polyester, 5% elastane. Excellent condition, like new.
