This Elie Tahari silk blouse is an aqua/ombré color with a little black and purple in the floral motif. Purchased at Neiman Marcus and I only wore it a couple of times. 19” bust but the neckline has some gathering so it’s a little forgiving. Length from armpit to hem is 15”
