maineevent81 @mimik2005 hi, if I remember correctly it does fall at my knees or just below and I'm 5' 10". But I'll take a pic this weekend to know for sure. It's 100% polyester.

maineevent81 @ethicsgirl hello! Flat the measurements are: Chest: 19.5 in Waist: 15.5 in Long: 44 in I'm about 5' 10" and it hits right below knees. Also it's a pleated material so it there is a little give.

maineevent81 @ethicsgirl sorry, just realized you wanted hip too. It's a looser fitting dress but laying flat it's roughly between 21-22" I'd say?
