Elie Tahari maxi skirt, NWT

This beautiful, flowy, tiered skirt is perfect. The gorgeous floral print on pink background is to die for! The fabric is 69% cotton, 25% nylon, 6% spandex, so feels cool and fresh. It is 39 inches from waist to hem, and about 16 inches from seam to seam at waist. The back of the waist is elasticized, so it will stretch to fit.
