Elie Tahari navy part scuba sheath dress, size 4, EUC

Beautiful condition. Worn a few times. Lined w a fabric that sucks you in — flattering and comfortable. Great w a blazer or Jean jacket. The solid fabric is scuba and the front is a different fabric w gathered detail at the neckline. Very flattering. Comes to just above my knees and I’m 5’6”. I bought this at a local boutique before it closed, and the original price was $400.
